I believe the server is just up for testing, Rage will hopefully reply to this.

John is correct in that it was only up for testing. I was playing through the new source trying to find bugs and the more I played, the more bugs I found :\ My overall assessment is that it was a shitty source, but I don't currently have enough time to find and start editing a new one due to finals.
